Our management team has over 30 years of combined experience in the Korean tour industry. Our founders, Albert Kim and Grey Jang, started their journey at This is Korea Tours in 2014. They helped take that company from a one man operation to an industry leader over the course of their tenure. They were instrumental in pioneering and advancing the concept of customized private tours in the Korean market. Many of their concepts and ideas have become industry standards.

Just before the pandemic, The company Albert and Grey were working for, This is Korea Tours, was sold to new ownership. They were unsure if they wanted to proceed with the new ownership group. Then the pandemic hit. They turned disaster into an opportunity. They spent this time discussing and planning their new adventure, and Korea Tour Company was born.

With Korea Tour Company, Albert and Grey are looking to build on their previous success and reinvigorate a market that has become stale. We look to focus beyond customized private tours.
